At Goddess Beauty Collective, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Hair products that have been opened or used
- Beauty tools or accessories that show signs of use
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 5–10 business days
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
If your item is damaged or incorrect, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund (based on situation)

For eligible products such as beauty supplies, hair products, or consumables:
- We only offer replacements/refills for damaged or incorrect items
- We do not refill used products for hygiene reasons
- If your item arrives defective, contact us within 4 days with photos for review
